underwhelming experience

lack of enforcement inconsistent policy

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food items everything was fresh

the adult-only beach was not adults-only i saw families with children there the enforcement of the towel reservation policy was inconsistent some guests reserved sunbeds early but did not use them for hours the reception staff did not address the issue adequately

Check-in included complimentary drinks and assistance with luggage to our room. The room was spacious and modern with a coffee machine and kettle. Daily water was also provided.

The sports facilities were not all at the hotel, requiring a boat transfer to another location.

The breakfast was great!

The adult beach was not actually restricted to adults. It was annoying that even at 9 AM, I struggled to find a sunbed. Service was also quite poor, requests took too long!

amazing view delicious breakfast

The hotel features a beautiful location. I stayed in a room with an amazing view from my balcony. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff ensured cleanliness throughout the hotel and gardens were maintained well.
